Vouchers

 

Let FYNO take the stress out of gift buying...

Simply choose the perfect treatment and I will take care of the rest!

• Vouchers are available for any money amount or a specific treatment can be chosen.

• Vouchers are sent via JPEG image format.

• Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

• If the voucher owner knows they cannot use the voucher, or they do not want it, they are welcome to sell or gift the voucher to someone else who will be able to use it. The new recipient must have the valid voucher code in order to redeem the voucher and the time remaining on the voucher cannot be extended.

• If the cost of the treatment is a higher amount than the value of the voucher, the difference can be made up with cash/debit/credit card payment.

• If the cost of the treatment is a lower amount than the value of the voucher, no cash change can be given and the remaining value will be recorded on clients file to be redeemed at a future appointment. This remaining amount must be used before the voucher date has expired as any unused credit will not be refunded.

• Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase.

• If I am unable to do the treatment within the 6 months voucher time, the voucher will be extended by the amount of time that was lost.

• In the event that the client was unable to attend an appointment due to their own personal circumstances, no time can be extended.
