Do you do mobile treatments?

My work is based at my own home rather than travel to clients.

 

Working from my home means -

  • The cost of the treatments I offer doesn't include petrol & car insurance costs.

  • You aren't responsible for ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment.

  • You don't have to make sure I have easy access to electricity and water.

  • You aren't waiting while I set everything up.

  • You can begin your treatment straight away.

  • Your appointment time is quicker.

  • It gives more flexibility with your treatment choices

Are you insured?

 

Yes, I am fully insured for all the treatments I provide.

 

 

Will you remove products that has been applied by someone else?

 

No, I don't remove products unless I have applied it.

Can I bring in my own files, tools or Nail Polish for you to use?

 

No, that won't be possible because using tools and products provided by clients

would invalidate my insurance.

There really isn't any need to provide tools as I have everything I need,and they are

all the correct salon grade products and tools for the work I do.

 

If you are concerned about cleanliness, please be assured that my files and tools and

equipment are always sterilized correctly between clients, using professional

salon grade antibacterial cleaners. Any products that cannot be sterilized are

disposed of after one use.

If you require a colour that I do not have, please give me some prior notice and I will be

very happy to purchase the perfect colour for you and I will then add it to the range I offer. 

I have done this many times already and the colours selected by clients have always been a huge success!

 

 

How long are your vouchers valid for?

 

Vouchers are available in any amount you choose and they are valid for 6 months after purchase.

The best way to contact me is via Whatsapp.

 

I can't answer my phone while I am with a client. If you phone me, you may just get an answer

machine message - but please do leave your details and I will return your call as soon as I can.

 

 

I have pet allergies/I am nervous around

animals - do you have any pets at home?

 

Yes, we do have a cat called Marley

 

I totally understand your concern. She is usually allowed access to the salon room,

so it is best if people who have severe allergies do not attend appointments with me

as I really can't guarantee an environment that will not set off an allergic reaction.

 

For people who are are nervous around animals there is no need to worry at all.

She isn't very keen on being around people she doesn't know - so it is

likely she will just peek in and run off very quickly.
