Covid Safety

  • Masks must be worn at all times.

 

 

First time clients

  • A photo of the client's nails (without polish) is required to check if the treatment requested is suitable.

     This saves wasted appointment time and disappointment.

 

 

Appointments

  • Appointments can be made via phone, WhatsApp, text, FB or Instagram message.

  • Appointments are available anytime between 11am - 7pm.

  • Instead of going to a booking site, clients simply message me and request the time that suits them best. To ensure clients get the appointment day and time they need, I highly recommend booking in advance.

  • When an appointment is offered, the client needs to confirm this date as soon as possible.

          Please do not assume that an offered appointment is a confirmed booking.

 

 

Booking Fees

  • I reserve the right to request a 50% non-refundable booking fee for -

      Appointment price over £50

 

 

Cancellation Policies

a) Client Cancellations

  • I reserve the right to charge 50% of the full treatment price for any missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. This must be paid before another booking can be made.

b) Salon Cancellations

  • In the rare event that I have to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will receive a 25% off voucher to use at your next appointment to compensate you for any inconvenience caused.

Terms and conditions of compensation voucher

  • The compensation voucher does not have a 6 month use date - it MUST be used at your next appointment.

      The compensation vouchers cannot be used in in addition to loyalty card discounts or any special offers.

 

 

Lateness

  • If the client hasn't arrived at 30 minutes past the expected arrival time, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. The client will then be charged 50% of the treatment cost that they were booked in for - and this must be paid before another booking can be given.

 

 

Contra-indications

 

  • I reserve the right to decline a requested treatment if, in my professional opinion, there are contraindications that mean it is unsuitable or unsafe for the client to have that treatment done.

     The client's health, comfort and well-being, is and always will be, my priority.

 

 

Payment

  • Payments under £10 must be paid cash.

  • Payment over £10 can be paid for via cash/debit card/credit card. Card payments are not charged extra

  • Payment is made upon completion of the client's treatment.

  • Text message/email receipts are always provided for card payments.

 

 

Refunds

  • I offer a no refund policy for services provided.

  • In the unlikely event that a client is not 100% happy with their nails, it is the client's responsibility to tell me why they are unhappy with their nails, so that I can complete the work to their requirements.

  • If a client encounters an issue within 72 hours, it is possible that the fault could be with the products/application and I will of course make every effort to rectify it free of charge as quickly as possible.

  • After 72 hours any issues with nails are more likely due to wear, and a re-do or repair is charged.

  • A client should never try to remove any peeling or chipped Shellac/Builder/Hard Gel from their nails. A free reapplication will not be possible if the client has decided to remove the product themselves and I am unable to see what has happened to cause the problem

  • I can accept no responsibility for any issues if the manicure has been altered or 'fixed' by the client. Any need for alteration or correction should ALWAYS be bought to my attention as soon as possible, so that I can fix the issue properly.

 

 

Children & Guests

 

  • Please do not request to bring children with you to your appointments. Refusal can offend, and this request cannot be granted under any circumstances as it is against health and safety rules.

  • Arriving with children will mean your appointment will be cancelled and you will then be charged 50% of the treatment price.

  • If a client needs a partner/friend to attend the appointment with them, this MUST be requested when the appointment is being booked - so that a suitable appointment time can be arranged.

  • Arriving at the appointment with a friend/partner, without prior arrangement, means the appointment will be cancelled and the client will be charged 50% of the booked treatment price.

 

 

Loyalty Cards

  • Loyalty cards are only stamped when the full price has been paid

  • Loyalty cards cannot be used in conjunction with a special offer discount

  • Loyalty cards can only be stamped at the appointment and cannot be stamped at a later date if the card was forgotten. Please always make sure you have your loyalty card with you.
