Mini Manicure

Clients are always amazed at just how much difference a simple mini manicure will make to their nails. This client returned for her second mini manicure with gleaming healthy nails and a free edge - something she had always struggled to achieve.

Habit Curing

This client came to me with a skin biting habit and nails that broke easily. Seen here are her first three manicures. In less than one month her skin has healed and is not being bitten. Her nails are stronger. It is amazing what a nail treatment plan can do.

Nail Fix

This client has a vertical split in her nail - one of the hardest corrections to deal with. Horizontal breaks grow out, but vertical splits usually happen when there is a weakness in the nail - and here you can see the weak line already formed on the nail plate waiting to split open when it reaches the free edge. Careful application of a nail fix can work wonders though!

Hard Gels

Here are a set of Hard Gels that were finished with a French Manicure.

Hard Gels need infilling every 3-4 weeks to maintain them. Hard Gel cannot be removed by soaking and has to be filed off instead.

Builder Gels

Hard Gels are not the only option for extensions.

Some people might prefer a more temporary solution to long nails.

Builder Gel offers the perfect compromise. The same strength and durability as Hard Gel, and infills are still needed every 3 weeks to maintain, but unlike Hard Gel, Builder Gel can be soaked off if wanted.

Lecente 'Smooth It'

is used for many things - As a gel to encapsulate chunky glitters, to secure gems, and a strengthener for weak nails. It also can be used as a nail extender. Similar to Builder Gel nails, but 'Smooth It' would be preferable for a more temporary fix - as it isn't really a strong enough product to wear for an extended time and infill. Perfect if you have a special occasion and just one or two nails have broken and you want your nails to look amazing or if you have broken a nail so short it is causing pain.

Shellac/Smooth it

Shellac supports nail growth really well, but occasionally a client needs a little extra support. This client was always breaking nails and it was such a huge disappointment for her. So we started to use Lecente 'Smooth It' as an extra coat in her manicure - it soaks off easily along with the Shellac and after just a couple of months her manicures were always amazing!
